The complex, located in the northwest area of the city of Milan, close to the ring road between the highways, is the tertiary and office building owned by Bnp Paribas.
Built in 1982, it consists of two buildings arranged in a T-shape and on the occasion of the CPI adaptation works in 2020, a new emergency staircase was built in metal carpentry.
The stairwell was clad with Panelpiù 500/40 4-wall product, a modular interlocking system ideal for the construction of vertical curtain walls

The opal color was chosen to allow light to naturally illuminate the staircase and at the same time filter the view to building users.
Traslucent facades ensure the entry of a large amount of natural light, while simultaneously controlling it during the day. Illuminated during the night the stairwell, that it s 40 meters high, can be seen in the dark, appearing as a lantern for the neighbors.
With a thermal trasmittance (U-value) of 1.45, Panelpiù is a product that can achieve a good thermal efficiency, while protecting against rain and wind.
