For AURALIS SPACE, the new space in Milan entirely dedicated to the culture of light in Via San Damiano, the studio has conceived a restoration project capable of keeping track of the past that has transformed the showroom environments into a theatre of light, designed to tell stories of light. The project has been developed according to a sort of archaeology of the place, which has recovered elements and stratified traces, including on all the railing designed for the central staircase by Alessandro Mendini, which has now been restored and brought to light in a new chromatic tone: red, the trademark colour of the studio, which makes it the protagonist of the showroom’s main hall. A country style design concept has been created with its large garden and pools. In İnci House, this concept stands out with its hall, which covers almost the entire ground floor, connects to the outside not only from the front of the house but also from the sides, integrating the interior and exterior. CLIENT BRIEF Eliza House is located in an enviable neighbourhood pocket of Black Rock; within 400m to picturesque Beach Road and walking distance to the Sandringham Beach Foreshore Reserve. The homeowners had a clear ambition of laying roots with their young family in this Bayside community and setting up their forever home. The previous dwelling was a Post-war double-fronted brick-veneered house which was part of the common building stock of its time and did not hold any heritage significance. The chapel at the Bade Campus functions as the spiritual and circulatory heart of the campus. The architectural design features steel columns extruded to the roofs, and reinforced with buttresses to form a long-span diagrid slab system mimicking the ribbed vaults in gothic architecture. Natural light diffuses through the glass clerestory and brightens the space throughout the day. I want to share with you our new modern-style project, which we successfully completed at the "Zapovednik" housing complex in the Orel park. This project took us almost a year, and we invested all our knowledge and creative energy into it.  cottage96 On the first floor of the building, we placed a canopy for two cars, a garage for two cars, as well as a utility block with a pantry, boiler room, and bathroom.
